I got mine from SuperBrightLEDs.com. There are 4 in the cruise pod and 5 (i think) in the climate control pod...but one of them is almost impossible (the wiper one at the bottom)...so I just put 4 in that one too for a total of 8 LEDs. You just pop out the sockets holding each little bulb...pull the wires holding them in the socket up and straight so they'll come out. You'll need to "clip" the bases of the LEDs after pulling the wires back...then pop in the LEDs in the sockets, twisting the wires around the socket the same way the bulbs were, so they make contact with the board in the pod housing (unlike bulbs, LEDs are polarity depended, so you may have to turn them around if they're not lighting up). The cruise pod can be done easily, but the climate pod takes a little more modification. Be prepared to drill out one or two of the small sockets to accept the LEDs...and drill out one of the holes in which the socket/LED goes into. You may run into a depth problem with this one too...be prepared to force it in there. I thought I had some pictures laying around from when I did mine...but I can't find them. If you have any questions about the process, just email me. G'luck.
